Just as the Word of the Lord was delivered to King David, God has made this same promise to everyone that lives in obedience.

The same promises that were true for King David and others exists for you and I today as Peter stated in Acts 10:34-35 “Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:  But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.”

Then Romans 8:14 confirms these same verses with “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.”
