RCCS is a coalition of like-minded individuals, churches, nonprofit organizations, and businesses. We are dedicated to removing the burdens and destroying the yokes of spiritual wickedness in the high place of Cobb County, Georgia, United States of America (USA) which are made physically manifest through the legislative actions of the Cobb County Board of Commissioners.

Isaiah 10:27 states, "And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing".

The anointing of the Holy Spirit of God is our strength and through our faith in our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, we can declare the victory of battle from the beginning!

The county codes, ordinances, and policies for which the Cobb County Board of Commissioners have ultimate responsibility for have had the effect of denying individuals, churches, nonprofit organizations, and businesses their civil liberties due to bad legislation. The concept of separation of church and state has been severely misunderstood and misapplied.

Now we are standing together to declare to the world from the voice of the Lord for the Cobb County Board of Commissioners to "Let our people go"!

As believers who are allowed spiritual freedom to come together as found within the Holy Bible and legislated within the Bill of Rights, the Civil Rights Act, and other federal and state laws, we can do more with less than what the local government of Cobb County has failed to do in their numerous attempts to solve societal problems.

Legislation to hamper our efforts is not cost-effective for society at large. Without the presence of our Savior Christ Jesus in our lives, the statistics of death would rise overnight. Suicides would increase, divorce rates would inflate overnight, health care costs would escalate, abortion rates would rise, murder rates would skyrocket, crime rates would exponentially expand filling prisons without reason, and overall life expectancy would decrease definitely.

But because those of us who do believe have a Savior and a Friend who sticks closer than a brother, we are able to stand against the turmoils and pressures of everyday life.

We are called and chosen to do work such as Paul, as mentioned within Acts 26:15-18 which states,

"And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may received forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me".

To deny the citizens and residents of Cobb County spiritual freedom to worship in public places largely financed by public taxpayer funds which are available for public rental otherwise will result in the continuance of the individual and collective deterioration of the quality of life for the citizens and visitors to Cobb County, Georgia, United States of America as well as the loss of federal and state funds normally distributed to Cobb County.

To say that there are enough places of worship within a county is insane when the vast majority of citizens do not regularly attend a place of worship. Nor does it make any sense to say that there are not enough facilities available when the hours of public usage otherwise are virtually nonexistent on Sunday mornings and other times when congregations would gather.
