Each article will focus on an organizational objective from now on and additional
contributors will be included whenever their time and our printing schedule
permits. Our first issue was very well received and read throughout the world.
Every issue is read not only on the internet, but in print as well.
We are looking forward to bringing you more and more pleasant surprises with
each issue. We will have each issue and back issues available. Audio and video Tapes of

objectives of Ready, Willing, & Able, Inc. such as the publication of the

Identify Your Passionfocus™
Did you know that there is something that increases your productivity everytime you think about it?
It is a called a Passionfocus™ and it is included in The Achievement Leadership Lifestyle™: The
Next Level Begins In The Mind which is a report on the related fields of achievement and
leadership written by Roney Smith.
A Passionfocus™ is defined as the subject in which an individual and organization can positively
focus on and discuss for an extended period of time without becoming aware of the concept of
time. It is possible to have more than one Passionfocus™. Whenever you say the word passionfruit
to yourself aloud, you may think of something that is sweet, exotic, pleasurable, and totally
sensuous.
A Passionfocus™ generates a desire to satisfy, feelings of love, enhances creativity, and builds an
everlasting friendship when shared by two or more individuals. Thoughts about a Passionfocus™
can serve to reduce the effort felt by doing things which may produce pain and not pleasure.
Soldiers fighting in wars have used their Passionfocus™ to survive unimaginable situations. Former
heavyweight boxing champion Buster Douglas was able to defeat a previously undefeated Mike
Tyson by having a love for his Passionfocus™ which was his mother.
In conclusion, It does not matter in the times that we live in whether you or working in your own
business or as an employee of someone else, you need to know at least one Passionfocus™. By
thinking of your Passionfocus™ while concentrating on the task at hand, you will be able not only to
endure, but you will be able to stand firmly on solid ground in the face of situations that may have
conquered you before.

Who’s In Your House?
Many of us can prevent ourselves from becoming a victim of crime by continously being aware of
the physical and the spiritual relationship we have with persons coming into our homes. Crime
statistics constantly point out that most crimes are caused by people we know versus total
strangers.
Common law marriages and relationships built upon conditional love of things such as cars, homes,
entertainment, money, and other items for the sake of having a good time or pleasure often change
into the trigger for greater hostilities and anger when there is a possibility of being discontinued or
eliminated. Conditional love is built upon “because” whereas unconditional love is built upon “in
spite of”. Where conditional love is only present because I have money or home at the moment,
unconditional love will remain there in spite of the fact that my money is gone or I have none.
Just because someone is physically related to you does not eliminate your chances of becoming a
crime victim. With blood relatives, it is best to determine whether or not you still share a common
spirit. Blood is thicker than water, but a spirit of unity will stay on the scene when blood stops
running or when you cannot feel any pressure. Just remember Mark 3:32-35 for determining whom
you should allow to enter your home.
I Am That I Am is a God of Increase
Whenever you are tempted to state negative thoughts about yourself, just remember that you are a
temple of the Holy Spirit and anything you say will reflect upon the Spirit that dwells within you and
the God you serve. In Exodus 3:14, God told Moses that His name is “I Am That I Am”. Any
words that follow “I am” indicate that you are in His presence or there is a need of moving closer to
Him. For example, “I am happy” means that I can remain eternally happy only when I am in His
presence. “I am sick” indicates a need to move closer to Him and should be replaced with “I am
need of healing”. I Am That I Am is a God of increase as shown by Psalms 115:14 and He never
decreases anything. His wrath may seem as a decrease of happiness to the person not living in His
will, but His love will increase your level of peace that surpasses all understanding. God’s only
increases His love or His wrath and changes us and our situation from glory to glory as mentioned in
2 Cor. 3:18. Only when we lean, trust, and wholly depend upon Him and His righteousness, we
each can say “I Am” and fully live life.
1996 Olympic Aftermath
The 1996 Centennial Summer Olympics have left an impression that never will be forgotten. The
beauty of seeing the different creations of God come from all over the earth come to one place for
one reason could only be intensified by seeing that many come together just for Christ Jesus alone.
It only takes 2 or 3 gathered in His name for Him to be in the midst as Matthew 18:20 states.
Therefore we can have our own Olympics everyday as we run towards the mark of His high calling.
We race not against each other, but against the fleshly nature of ourselves. Run for Jesus!
