The Chapter eConcierge™ service

The Chapter eConcierge™ service will make communicating with different Chapters worldwide more efficient and without the costs in time and money that the telephone and snail mail involve.

The Chapter eConcierge™ service works like this. The individual e-mail address will direct all messages to an e-mail address of your choice. No longer will you have to make known the e-mail addresses of individual officers since the e-mail addresses will identify the office.

For example, a person named Elder Diggs is the Polemarch (president) of the Alpha Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. The university that Elder Diggs attends (Indiana University) assigned him an e-mail address that looks like:

diggs1911@indiana.edu

Diggs' fraternity brothers on other campuses and alumni chapters would not be able to send Diggs an e-mail without taking unnecessary time to contact him for his address. With the Chapter eConcierge™ service, the Alpha Chapter could use the following address for someone who may need to contact their president:

polemarch.alpha@tnlis.com

Diggs will still receive all messages the way Indiana University has established the procedure to receive his messages. But now Diggs knows that his brothers worldwide will know how to contact the Polemarch of his chapter no matter who holds the office.

Even when Diggs does graduate or no longer holds the office of Polemarch, the following Polemarch can use the same e-mail address. We will need to be notified to make the necessary changes.

You are able to receive 6 addresses for various officers within your chapter. Please note that we will use the same title used by your organization in assigning the e-mail address.

For undergraduate chapters, the officers include:

  1. Chapter President;

  2. Chapter Secretary;

  3. Chapter Treasurer;

  4. Community Service Committee Chairperson;

  5. Advisor; and

  6. One additional officer of your choice.

For graduate chapters, the officers include:

  1. Chapter President;

  2. Chapter Secretary;

  3. Chapter Treasurer;

  4. Community Service Committee Chairperson;

  5. Reclaimation Chairperson; and

  6. Sweetheart/Silhouette/Pearls President or one additional officer of your choice.

Mail the above information along with the information required to be chartered on The Yard to TNL Communications Corporation at the following address:
