Atlanta, GA USA¾ TNL Communications Corporation (TNL), an internet consulting and World Wide Web site design firm, is launching a project entitled "Every Chapter On The Yard On The Web" on February 12, 1997 by profiling every chapter of fraternities and sororities composing the Pan Hellenic Council within America on the world wide web. The project "Every Chapter On The Yard On The Web" is expected to be completed within a three year period. The project is a mirror of the TNL project "Every Church In The Spirit On The Web" which will profile every church within America. TNL uses a computer programming language called HTML, which stands for hypertext markup language, to create multimedia sites (which are commonly called home pages) in cyberspace.

TNL founder, Roney Smith, who is a minister and member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. stated, "One of the first things many bright young people tend to do within their first two years of attending college is to join a fraternity or sorority. The individual undergraduate and graduate chapters have many success stories that could help other communities. We intend to help the organizations impacted effectively share their success stories in ways that the collective organizations may not have realized yet. TNL will serve as the guide to the next level of information based progress".
